EPO Unitary Patent IT Workshop | 7 & 8 April 2022

L’OEB organise en ligne un « Unitary Patent IT Workshop » de 2 heures, le 7 – 8 April 2022.

Toute personne concernée par les outils informatiques du paquet unitaire est bienvenue à s’inscrire et faire passer le message.

To help users familiarise with the future system, the EPO is organising an EPO Unitary Patent IT Workshop, which will take place online on 7 and 8 April 2022.

To allow for a wide participation, participants will be able to register for the session on 7 April from 16.00 to 18.00 CET or on 8 April from 09.00 to 11.00 CET.

The focus of this workshop will be on the new forms for filing a request for unitary effect and on the two transitional measures provided by the EPO: early request for unitary effect and request for a delay in issuing the decision to grant a European patent.

The EPO also intends to present how data related to unitary patents will be made available to the public (EP bibliographic data, European Patent Register and Register for unitary patent protection, European Patent Bulletin).

In this context, we encourage you to attend the workshop to register by sending an email directly to european_cooperation@epo.org, indicating the preferred session that wish to attend, by 31 March 2022 at the latest.
